If a part is unused, in its original packaging and does not fit your car, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

• Contact us on 03310810008 or via chat with your order number.
• We arrange the pickup or guide you to the nearest courier.
• Once the item is received and inspected, we refund via Easypaisa/bank transfer or replace the part — your choice.
• Electrical items that have been installed/used cannot be returned unless faulty.

Wrong item delivered or damaged in transit? We replace it at our cost — no questions asked.
